The breast implant is placed under the pectoral muscle, or above the pectoral muscle directly behind breast tissue. Dr. Ocampo will determine the insertion method and positioning dependent upon various factors. The incisions will be closed with sutures, and with time the lines will fade. Results of breast augmentation are revealed immediately.
